Retraction and Return Merchandise
All requests for returns must be made by email, phone or post to Lord and Queen's. In the event that a return of merchandise is granted, a return number and the return procedure will be provided. Any returned package without a return number will be systematically refused. The return authorization is to be pasted on the parcel. The package must be returned properly packaged and stamped to the following address: Lord and Queen's - 1 Rue Henri Debin, 51520 St-Martin-sur-le-Pré, FRANCE. Any request for return must be made within a maximum of 15 days after receipt, the seal of the carrier being taken as proof. After this period, we will not be able to take into account your request.
- For non-professionals: In accordance with Article L121-20, buyers, non-professional individuals, benefit from a withdrawal period of seven days from the delivery of their order to return the product to the seller for refund without penalty, with the exception of the cost of return.
- For companies, associations: In the case of a return of merchandise granted to a company, 10% of the amount will be deducted for management fees.
Complaint and After Sales Service
Complaints about a delivery must be made by mail or email within 7 days from the date of receipt of the package, the seal of the carrier being taken.
